Two chaps from Brennan & Son Plumbing & Heating Ltd came in to look at the hot water situation (i.e. we have none) in the customer loo.
After about a year of trying to find a plumber to come and sort out the bodge-job the last chap did, we're really happy! We plied them with tea and as they headed off to prepare our quote, I reminded them that:-
1) We are a lovely not-for-profit venture.
2) We will keep them well supplied with tea & cake whilst they work.
Fingers crossed this will mean an affordable quote!
